Job Summary
Enhanced Vetting Team (EVT) Operations Supervisor supervises, directs, trains and assists staff in visa operations support, oversees day-to-day operations to meet quality objectives, assigns work based on site needs, reviews cases for referral to Fraud Prevention, supports Operations Managers to ensure timely deliverables, tracks progress, manages progressive discipline and performance reviews, may interview and assess applicants for selection, trains new employees, ensures SOPs are followed, and handles Law Enforcement Sensitive information as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in relevant field
- 1 year of experience in visa operations support
- 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent
- Familiarity with analytical platforms such as Power BI (plus)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET level security clearance
- U.S. citizenship; live within 90 miles of Portsmouth, NH
