Job Summary
Deliver care and support to patients and their families in their homes while providing quality, integrated care through direct communication with a nurse via laptop or tablet. Assist with activities of daily living, including palliative and complex care, and stable pediatric care for children with complex needs. Work collaboratively with specially trained nurses using supportive technology throughout overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM, including weekday rotations and weekends. Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle, and hold a current Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent healthcare qualification. This permanent role in Walkerton, ON, offers a competitive wage grid of $20.96 to $23.20 per hour, a $750 signing bonus, and fully paid orientation with hands-on mentoring.

- Availability to work non-traditional hours, such as early morning, evenings, and alternate weekends
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program
