Job Summary
Hybrid- role with 4 days in office and 1 day remote in Chicago for an Enhanced Due Diligence Senior Analyst. Responsibilities include conducting reviews of new and existing clients’ KYC profiles and transactions per IBKR policy, assessing clients’ AML programs, advising management by collecting/analyzing data and trends, maintaining documentation tracking for deadlines, identifying process improvements, and composing risk assessments, investigations, suspicious activity reports, and client communications. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in relevant financial services or possessBachelor-level credentials; bonuses for holders of ACAMS/CFE/CFCS, Series 7, or other FINRA licenses; strong collaboration, analytical, and time-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a regulatory, exchange, broker-dealer (BD), futures commission merchant (FCM) or similar organization, or Bachelor-Level educational credentials in a related field
- ACAMS, CFE, CFCS, Series 7, or other FINRA licenses or certifications a plus
- Experience in internal audit, legal, accounting, or other control functions of a financial services firm or regulator is beneficial
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and trade surveillance
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
