Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Three years of experience in an outreach program providing direct services to individuals with housing struggles or related needs
- Cleared by the Department of Justice and relevant county background checks
- Must complete all required annual training as mandated by Santa Cruz County and the organization’s policies
- Must be at least 21 years of age and accepted by the organization’s vehicle insurance provider
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as email and case management software
