Enhanced Case Manager

Coordinate and oversee the delivery of benefits, treatment, and support services to Janus Program participants. Independently assess participant needs and develop individualized plans providing necessary intensity and frequency. Meet with participants frequently to deliver interventions and monitor progress. Participate in rotating on-call services to support program participants. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in human services with relevant mental health experience and a valid driver's license. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with on-call rotation.
