Job Summary
Assess patients, plan and implement individualized care, and evaluate outcomes using the nursing process. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders while monitoring patient conditions to report meaningful changes. Organize workflows and prioritize needs to support safe, efficient, and attentive care. Communicate compassionately with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, and provide guidance to nursing assistants. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and help create a respectful environment. Deliver consistent, high-quality care during 12-hour night shifts as a full-time, part-time, or PRN LPN at NHC HealthCare Oakwood.
Required Qualifications
- Current Tennessee LPN license
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- A commitment to compassionate, high-quality senior care
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Night shift
