Job Summary
Inspire travelers by understanding their needs and matching them with perfect voyages, delivering personalized experiences that make every guest feel valued. Engage guests through warm conversations rather than cold calls, while mastering destinations, systems, and products to become a true travel expert. Collaborate with supportive colleagues to create seamless journeys, ensuring each interaction turns great conversations into successful sales. Work night shifts from Monday to Sunday between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, earning a base salary plus uncapped monthly bonuses tied directly to performance. Join an international team of over 200 colleagues from 40 countries, supported by comprehensive training and ongoing coaching for sustainable adventure travel.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+)
- EU living & working permit
- Confidence on the phone and in writing
- A sales-driven mindset
- A goal-oriented, positive, and adaptable attitude
- Night shifts (Monday to Sunday from 11:00 PM to 06:00 AM)
Desired Qualifications
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills
- Experience in travel, tourism, or sales
