Design and implement reading, writing, and speaking programs for primary and middle grades students while scaffolding lesson plans and creating engaging visuals. Prepare unit and lesson plans for review, maintain accurate student attendance records, and keep all necessary school registers and reports. Assist the Head in organizing school activities, student assessments, and co-curricular events while promoting harmony among students and inculcating high standards of behavior. Integrate values into lesson plans, establish relationships with parents, and engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training.
