Job Summary
Instructs students in the district curriculum, creates a positive and effective learning environment for all students, and provides strong academic, social, physical and emotional growth for all students. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year under contract length a minimum of 184 days, with salary determined by the FEA Negotiated Agreement. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid Alaska English endorsement/certificate; J-1 visa applicants are not eligible. Benefits include accrued leave, medical/dental/vision, retirement TRS, 403b Employer Match, and district support for becoming a district employee.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Alaska Initial, Professional, or Master certificate with an endorsement in English
- Meet all state and federal requirements to be qualified in required content area
