Job Summary
Design and deliver rigorous instructional content including lessons, curriculum supplements, weekly overviews, scope and sequence plans, and performance assessments aligned with the curricular framework. Support social-emotional learning connected to college and career readiness through 1:1 support as needed. Collect and analyze student academic data to inform instruction and meet individual student needs. Participate in weekly professional development on Fridays, supervision cycles, and formal evaluations. Collaborate frequently with English as a Second Language and other Academic Support staff to ensure appropriate supports are in place for all students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of direct scholar-serving (teaching, tutoring, academic support, etc.) experience
