Job Summary

Communicate professionally with school personnel regarding attendance and program needs, adhering to all site policies and safety protocols. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions. This on-site opportunity supports literacy development at partner schools through after-school assignments lasting 8–10 weeks, with compensation starting at $50+ per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 60 completed college credits
- Strong English language arts knowledge appropriate for the assigned grade level
- Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or supporting school-age students
- Strong communication, instructional, and classroom management skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized work habits
- Location: On-site at partner schools or community locations
- Schedule: Typically 1–4 instructional hours per week, primarily after school
- Program Length: Approximately 8–10 weeks per assignment
