Required Qualifications
- At least 60 completed college credits
- Strong English language arts knowledge appropriate for the assigned grade level
- Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or supporting school-age students
- Strong communication, instructional, and classroom management skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized work habits
- Location: On-site at partner schools or community locations
- Schedule: Typically 1–4 instructional hours per week, primarily after school
