Job Summary
Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with product-related questions and troubleshoot basic order or service issues during quiet hours. Document and escalate complex cases as needed while ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience. Follow internal procedures and hit performance goals throughout the rotational night shift schedule (Monday to Sunday, two days off). You must be based in Athens, Greece, with a C1-level English proficiency and an EU passport or Greek residence card. Join a multicultural team to gain valuable experience with a global retail brand.
Required Qualifications
- English on a C1 level or higher
- Great communication & problem-solving skills
- Motivation to work in a night shift customer-facing role
- You must already be based in Athens, Greece
- Availability for rotational night shifts (Monday to Sunday, 2 days off)
- EU Passport or Greek Residence Card mandatory
