Job Summary
Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with product-related questions and troubleshoot basic order or service issues. Provide solution-focused support during quiet hours, document complex cases, and escalate them as needed. Ensure a smooth customer experience while following internal procedures and hitting performance goals. This role requires C1 English proficiency, Athens-based residency, and availability for rotational night shifts (Monday to Sunday, two days off). You must hold an EU passport or Greek residence card. Required Qualifications
- English on a C1 level or higher
- Great communication & problem-solving skills
- Motivation to work in a night shift customer-facing role
- Already be based in Athens, Greece
- Availability for rotational night shifts (Monday to Sunday, 2 days off)
- EU Passport or Greek Residence Card mandatory
