English and History Tutor

Part-time English and History Tutor providing after-school instruction aligned with C2 Educational Systems curriculum. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress and providing feedback to students and parents/guardians, maintaining records, collaborating with teachers and staff, communicating with parents about student progress, participating in professional development, and adhering to policies. Requires experience developing and implementing lesson plans, utilizing educational technology, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learners, and strong communication and classroom-management skills; two years of teaching experience preferred. Schedule typically Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. in Sammamish, WA, with part-time hours and benefits such as 401(k) matching, employee discounts, and referral program.
