Job Summary
Two Ob/Gyn physicians are needed to join a well-established private practice in Englewood, NJ. The group currently includes six Ob/Gyn physicians, three NPs and two PAs, with a Level 3 NICU in the hospital. Responsibilities include a mix of obstetric deliveries and gynecologic procedures, with opportunities for laparoscopic and Da Vinci robotic surgery. Weekday and weekend call will be 1:7 or 1:8, with employment in a single-hospital setting and potential for partnership. Excellent compensation range ($250k–$300k base) plus productivity bonuses, comprehensive fringe benefits, relocation support, and strong growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO or equivalent medical degree
- board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- ability to obtain medical license in New Jersey
- excellent surgical and clinical skills
- willingness to participate in call schedule
- ability to work in a private practice setting
- experience with laparoscopic and Da Vinci robotic procedures preferred
