Job Summary
Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment; handle necessary repairs, maintenance, and installations of appliances. Comply with local, state building codes and company safety regulations while using hand, electric, and plumbing tools. Install equipment, read blueprints and manuals, and perform preventive maintenance using a matrix. Respond to repair requests timely, keep maintenance logs, write shift reports, and report issues to the manager. Collaborate with the team and contractors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English, read and write necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of hand tools and carpentry tools
- Must be able to make repairs to basic electrical and plumbing systems
- Basic maintenance knowledge
