Job Summary
Lead and coordinate a multi-discipline development lot (software, firmware, IVQ) for hardware & software technologies within the Centre de Compétence Hardware & Software Technologies, Tools & Engineering. Organize and plan the lot, drive the entire scope of work, guarantee the quality of deliverables, manage stakeholder relationships, capture lessons learned, and close the lot. Requires an engineering background with proven coordination experience across technical activities, strong problem-solving and project-management skills, ability to produce concise reports, and familiarity with subcontracting contracts and lot management. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering within quality, cost, and schedule constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Experience coordinating multiple technical activities, preferably software-dominant
- Ability to produce synthetic reports
- Knowledge of subcontracting contracts and lot management
- Strong leadership and collaboration
