Job Summary
Engineering Work Package Manager within Thales’ electronic missiles sector responsible for supervising engineering work packages in development, ensuring delivery of objectives in terms of cost, schedule, quality and performance. Tasks include coordinating engineering activities with the Engineering Delivery Manager, consolidating and tracking total costs, establishing and monitoring technical and progress indicators, conducting root-cause analysis and driving corrective actions, and identifying required engineering competencies and resources to meet milestones. Requires an engineering formation (Bac+5) with significant experience in program/payload level or systems engineering on complex projects, and strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- engineer degree (Bac+5) in electronics or related
- significant experience in piloting engineering work packages or systems engineering on complex projects
- ability to manage costs, schedules, and risks
- strong communication and negotiation skills
