Job Summary
Organize and plan work package activities, including deliverables, milestones, scheduling, resource allocation, finances, risks, and suppliers. Pilot execution by managing reporting, communication, and resource coordination with Discipline Managers while identifying and resolving operational issues. Ensure quality of deliverables and control the technical and financial baseline, then capture execution insights to feed the Competence Center knowledge base. This role supports defense systems and radar engineering at Thales' Orléans site, contributing to global programs in defense, aerospace, and cyber.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Successful experience on a similar position
- Experience leading an activity in terms of costs, planning, quality
- Appetite for animation, organization and cross-functional team steering
- Familiarity with the structuring and steering of an activity lot
- Experience in performance improvement
- Experience in cost and budget estimation
- Synthesis skills
- Open-mindedness
- Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team to formulate a roadmap
- Commitment to continuous improvement/transformation logic
