Job Summary
Vice-President level BGCE leads technical authority for the Uncrewed Systems business group, overseeing development and sustainment activities across the product lifecycle. Represents the technical interests to internal/external stakeholders, chairs technical review boards, drives roadmaps and requirements, mentors PLCEs, manages RCCA and corrective actions, collaborates with manufacturing/supply chain/quality, and presents technical concepts to customers to support business group initiatives. Requires strong leadership, program planning, and ability to align engineering efforts with business objectives in defense/Aerospace contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 15 years of aerospace product design and sustainment experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading large technical teams through the product lifecycle
- Experience with drawings and BOMs; Engineering Change systems; Quality systems for non-conforming parts and corrective action
- Experience in an Agile and Waterfall development environment
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to lead multi-discipline engineering activities and mentor engineers
- UAS/avionics/sensors/RF data links knowledge is a plus
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance
- Travel up to 50% to domestic US sites

- Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD Secret security clearance
