Job Summary
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules on engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff. Conduct training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer on preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols while emphasizing adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and proven experience in technical training or engineering roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in technical training or engineering roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment
- In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation) and process equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with maintenance practices, including predictive and corrective maintenance
- Emphasis on adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations
