Job Summary
Engineering Tools Manager (Onsite) responsible for deploying, upgrading, and supporting Systems Engineering tools; lead a team of Tool Specialists; champion deployment of integrated SE solutions; plan migrations off legacy SE applications; document best practices; engage vendors for technology evaluations; work with program engineers on tool adoption; strong Windows/Linux admin and scripting/automation skills; candidate will support DoD/DoE environments and must obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance; onsite in McKinney, TX.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with advanced degree)
- Experience with engineering tools/solutions in Architecture/Modeling, Math & Analysis, Modeling & Simulation, MBSE, or related areas
- Experience with Agile or Model Based Engineering practices and tools
- Admin experience with Windows and Linux; scripting/automation; problem solving
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
