Job Summary
Quality Engineering Tech (Hourly) monitors and analyzes quality data to prioritize opportunities, trains inspectors and technicians in tools and technology to properly inspect products, performs root cause analysis using World Class Manufacturing problem solving tools, provides leadership to problem-solving teams to implement systemic defect-reduction actions, creates and edits databases and inspection/test standards, visualizes data and performs statistical analysis to prioritize quality problems, leads cross-functional teams, communicates with leadership, and manages supplier quality issues using SAP and CAPA within the APQP framework while following safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math or Physical Science
