Job Summary
Diagnose and fix issues on automated production equipment while working with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, and robotics systems. Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running reliably and support production by solving problems quickly. Help improve equipment performance by collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to implement upgrades. This hands-on role offers stable hours, predictable scheduling, and opportunities to learn PLC programming and advanced diagnostics.
Required Qualifications
- experience with mechanical and electrical systems
- comfortable around automation or industrial equipment
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment
- Mechatronics or technical training
