Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from an accredited institution
- previous experience with infrastructure design and/or construction observation
- Knowledge and skills in CAD and design software
- Working knowledge of design and construction techniques and procedures
- Must possess a valid drivers license
