Job Summary
Assemble, test, and repair radio broadcast and other electronic equipment while diagnosing and resolving technical issues with electronic systems. Support ministry partners with equipment setup, repair, and training, and specialize in radio automation software to train users. Maintain quality control for all technical services and products, collaborate with the Broadcast Solutions Team on assigned projects, and assist with installation and service projects remotely and on-site through occasional travel. This full-time onsite role in Elkhart, Indiana, requires a follower of Jesus Christ committed to the organization's Statement of Faith, utilizing electronics expertise to advance global outreach efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Called to serve in missions
- Trained or experienced in electronics assembly, troubleshooting, and repair
- Proficient with electronic test tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Calm under pressure and dependable with deadlines
- A team player with strong communication skills
- A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for the gospel
