Job Summary
Engineering Technician role assisting in the preparation and implementation of Approved Technical Data flow-down, supporting cost-reduction projects and the development/execution of new repair methods and technologies, aiding data collection and analysis for yield-improvement, supporting cost-reduction, process-efficiency, and material-usage-reduction initiatives, and maintaining Repair Process Standard Work (RPSW) in compliance with RTX EH&S Policy and Global Trade Compliance. Onsite in Singapore with collaboration across engineering teams to address critical challenges in aviation manufacturing and repair processes.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Diploma (Mechanical/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering) with a minimum of 3 years of working experience
- Knowledge of aero-component repair processes (advantage)
- Good problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); familiarity with MS Project, MS Power BI, Minitab, or CMM/CNC programming (advantage)
