Job Summary
Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, inspect equipment, and maintain inventory. Read blueprints and electrical schematics for plumbing and HVAC; troubleshoot and repair hotel MEP systems; follow Lockout/Tagout procedures; train/mentor engineers and perform Engineer on Duty tasks as needed. Move and handle equipment up to 50 pounds, work across maintenance tasks (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, kitchen equipment, and general building management), and comply with safety policies and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing
