Job Summary
Support manufacturing engineers with process development, optimization, and implementation. Create, update, and maintain manufacturing work instructions, routings, and process documentation. Provide hands-on troubleshooting for manufacturing, tooling, and process-related issues while assisting with CNC machining support, tooling evaluations, and fixture development. Collect and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions, including process validation and first-article support. Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams to improve efficiency and reduce scrap. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. This role offers a day shift schedule with competitive pay of $35–$40 per hour. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical training in manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field
- Prior experience as a Manufacturing or Engineering Technician in a production environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
- Experience with tooling, fixtures, and production support
- Proficiency using precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
