Job Summary
Delivers scheduled preventive maintenance for contract customers on multivendor products, troubleshoots and repairs maintenance issues, and coordinates onsite PMs with third-party vendors. Drives toward zero service recalls and ensures timely completion of maintenance calls at customer sites, while providing compliant billing information and promoting training, software, laboratory services, and hardware/software upgrades. Maintains documentation around dispatch, inventory, and service support functions, uploads/downloads data to service systems, and manages company assets and inventory levels. Requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to interact with peers and customers, willingness to travel as needed, and adherence to safety practices. Educational background includes an associate degree and related discipline; experience with Microsoft 365 and exposure to analytical equipment or lab environments are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline including military experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel by air, vehicle and/or other means of transportation as business requires.
