Job Summary
Perform moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions including design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems. Execute new system and NPI installations, field upgrades, and process testing on AMAT platforms while compiling logbooks and test procedures documentation. Troubleshoot system and component-level problems, generate Quality Notifications for malfunctions, and assist in revising department procedures. Adhere strictly to safety standards, wear required personal protective equipment, and promptly report accidents or hazards. Operate hand and power tools, including forklifts, and maintain a secure, clean, and healthy work environment in a physically demanding role requiring extended standing and movement in tight spaces.

- Ability to test and troubleshoot system level and component level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems
- Ability to perform new system and NPI installations and field upgrades
- Ability to work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or plans to perform moderate testing and troubleshooting
- Ability to compile logbooks and test procedures documentation utilizing good writing skills
- Ability to assist in revising, developing and implementing department procedures
- Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum and process testing on AMAT platforms to Engineering and Manufacturing documentation and specifications
- Ability to work 10% of the time traveling
