Job Summary
Engineering Technician II responsible for adjustments/setup of manufacturing equipment and their documentation, providing support for the timely repair of equipment and machinery, performing corrective and unplanned maintenance per approved methods, participating in transfer of new production lines, offering technical support in new projects and EMS compliance, and ensuring compliance with safety, document retention and information management policies; also manages CMMS MAXIMO for Juarez, supports password/user changes for handheld devices, and collaborates on maintenance planning and problem resolution related to work orders within CMMS/MAXIMO; requires GMP/ISO knowledge, bilingual Spanish/English, and a technical background in mechanics/electro-mechanics/electronics/metrology with 3-5 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry
- Wide knowledge of computer packages
- Bilingual, Spanish/English, preferably
- Knowledge of the Campus Systems, preferably
- Knowledge of Maximo System (CMMS) preferably
- Knowledge of GMPs/ISO preferably
- Knowledge of emergency and corrective, nonplanned maintenance, calibrations procedures documentation and quality systems, preferably
- Technical career or equivalent, applicable to: Mechanics, Electric, Electro-mechanics, Electronics, Metrology, instrumentalist
- 3 to 5 years of experience and/or related training preferably
