Job Summary
Conduct annual Pipeline Safety Agency Reporting for federal and state compliance across pipelines, compression, and other regulated assets. Process pipeline class location data and HCA studies while collaborating with third-party vendors for mapping data. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Integrity Management, Compliance, and GIS teams to ensure accurate asset information and assist with data validation for regulatory reporting. Requires at least one year of experience in Oil and Gas mapping or compliance, an Associate's Degree, and proficiency in GIS platforms. Remote work is being considered excluding California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Oil and Gas mapping or compliance
- Associate's Degree
- Proficiency in Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
- Strong background in Microsoft Office specifically Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Geography or related field
- General understanding of pipeline safety regulations 49 CFR parts 192 and 195
- Basic understanding of In-line Inspection data
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, or similar GIS platforms
- Experience with pipeline database systems, document management systems
