Engineering Technician

Hands-on Engineering Technician to support production engineering during development and pre-production hardware, including building pre-production, qualification, and hardware; assist with transitioning product lines from engineering development to full-rate production; support setup and activation of production lines and hardware test setups; perform rework and recovery on non-conforming hardware; build, repair, and rework harnessing and test assets; provide targeted surge support for critical production or qualification tests; read and interpret wiring schematics and assembly drawings; proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint; able to work independently, problem-solve, and collaborate with engineers in development and production environments; willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and perform hands-on development work; must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand long periods, and navigate tight spaces.
