Job Summary
Site Engineering Technician responsible for planned preventive and reactive maintenance across site assets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational excellence. Lead fault-finding and diagnostics across mechanical and electrical systems, collaborate with production teams, OEMs, and contractors, manage critical spare parts inventory, and support capital projects including equipment installation and commissioning. Requires hands-on maintenance expertise (NVQ Level 3/BTEC or equivalent) and proactive problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent engineering qualification
- Proven experience delivering and managing preventative maintenance programmes
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Root Cause Analysis
