Job Summary
Conduct regular visual inspections of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, lift, fire services, and electrical systems. Maintain records of malfunctions, report faults to engineers, and arrange repairs while adhering to the maintenance plan. Monitor contractor works and perform assigned technical tasks while observing safety precautions. Travel to various locations within Hong Kong and work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Shift duty is required (Monday to Saturday)
- Need to travel to work in anywhere of HK
