Engineering Technician

Conduct intermediate-level maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair to keep resort properties operational. Maintain hydronic heating and snowmelt systems, service boilers and aquatic equipment, and perform snow/ice removal and grounds upkeep. Execute pre-arrival unit inspections, manage inventory, and assist with furniture installations and guest room relocations. Respond to emergency situations including fire alarms and evacuations while resolving maintenance issues completely. Transport luggage and packages as needed, adhering to a nights and weekends schedule.
