Job Summary
Engineering Technician B at L3Harris in Salt Lake City, UT. Focus on testing and debugging LRU/Circuit Card Assemblies and components, developing/testing procedures, participating in root-cause analysis, and assisting with test-readiness reviews. Operates in a lab environment, lifting up to 32 lbs, with potential overtime. Requires collaboration with engineers and maintenance of test equipment and Government/Customer furnished equipment. Must be capable of supporting production/testing activities on DoD-related hardware and obtaining/maintaining security clearance. 2nd shift as part of a 9/80 schedule, based in Salt Lake City facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience
- 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance.
- 0-3 years of experience preferred in RF and digital signals.
- 0-3 years of experience with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters.
