Job Summary
Support the production process by monitoring manufacturing equipment, collecting data for improvement activities, and running trial parts. Perform onsite problem solving in real time, including troubleshooting issues with PLC monitoring software and developing robot programs. Submit parts to the testing lab for analysis and communicate with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure knowledge of issues. Adhere to KNA safety policies and Quality and Environmental Procedures while working in the second shift.
Required Qualifications
- AS Degree in Mechatronics, pre-engineering, related study, or three plus years manufacturing experience
- Microsoft Office Experience (Excel, Word, Project)
- PLC monitoring and troubleshooting
- Robotic programming
- Three plus years in support of manufacturing processes
- Must work in a safe manner in compliance with KNA policies and maintain an awareness of danger to themselves and others
- Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures
