Job Summary
Own the full EPC proposal development process, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering, estimating, and project controls teams to ensure accurate quantity development and competitive deliverables. Lead weekly Proposal Update Meetings, review RFP documents, and attend client kick-offs to gather essential input while maintaining the proposal schedule with Project Controls. Drive the estimate/scope handoff once a project is awarded, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to execution teams and validating all written components against client scope requirements. This role requires a primary base in Odessa, Houston, or Abilene, TX, with 5+ years of oil & gas experience. Required Qualifications
- Primary base location in Odessa, TX, Houston, TX, or Abilene, TX
- 5 + years' experience in the oil & gas industry
- experience in petroleum refining
- experience in natural gas processing
- at least two (2) years as an estimator
- at least two (2) years as project engineering
- at least two (2) years as a project manager
- experience in a relevant technical discipline
- Strong people and communication skills
- Ability to travel to Corporate Office Locations (Odessa, Houston, Abilene, etc.)
- Computer literacy with thorough knowledge of Excel
- Computer literacy with thorough knowledge of Word
- Computer literacy with thorough knowledge of Power Point
- Thorough understanding of EPC project execution
- Thorough understanding of EPC drawings
