Engineering Technical Lead

Engineering Technical Lead overseeing a high-performing engineering squad responsible for Stake's trading platform, guiding technical direction, architecture, and practices. Lead coaching, hiring, onboarding, and performance management; own outcomes across trading flows (buy/sell, pricing, charting, portfolio, UX); drive operational excellence (on-call health, incident response, runbooks, reliability improvements); provide EM-level technical leadership through architecture/design reviews, migrations, and integration strategy; manage external dependencies with vendors/partners and ensure clear SLAs; collaborate with Risk/Compliance and Operations to embed controls without slowing delivery.
