Job Summary
Engineering Technician for Woolpert's Aviation Team to support project delivery through documentation management, scheduling, and coordination across technical teams. Responsibilities include maintaining organized project files, coordinating schedules/meetings/deliverables, proofreading technical documents, contributing to quality control by tracking revisions, and managing project data in MS Word/Excel and CAD environments. Requires strong attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a collaborative setting. Requires work authorization in the job location; visa sponsorship is not provided. Base pay range: $57,800–$72,200 USD. Locations: Fort Worth, TX, USA.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project support experience in an engineering, construction, or technical environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on assigned tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative team environment
- Experience working with technical documentation, plans, or specifications is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of engineering or design processes a plus but not required
Desired Qualifications
