Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role supporting resort operations by performing maintenance tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders; also performs basic painting, caulking, wall repairs, plumbing diagnostics (toilets, bathtubs, jacuzzis, showers, sinks), electrical tasks (reset breakers, GFCIs, lighting, voltage checks), TV installation/troubleshooting, appliance diagnostics/replacements, and inventory/procurement activities. Requires 0 to 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, English communication skills, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and adherence to safety guidelines and PPE.
