Job Summary
Lead engineering team at Manchester Dairy Blow Moulding plant with responsibility for people management, coaching and development, performance reviews, and contractor/maintenance oversight. Drive maintenance planning and CMMS-driven forward planning; mentor apprentices; support Maintenance Excellence roadmap, PMS/RCA/5 why analysis, and 5S programs. Promote safety culture, OE initiatives, and cross-team collaboration; liaise with equipment manufacturers for standardisation and cost improvements; ensure OGSM alignment and act as a role model for company values. Strong emphasis on engineering leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with expertise in process equipment and P&ID knowledge; on-site team leadership and clear communication.
