Job Summary
Lead and mentor a mobile-scoped engineering team building React Native applications for iOS and Android, while remaining hands-on in architecture, code reviews, debugging, and releases. Drive delivery, establish scalable mobile engineering practices, and partner with product and design to deliver high-quality mobile experiences. Start by managing a team of four engineers with growth potential, and contribute to React Native architecture, state management, and performance. Balance technical leadership with people leadership, support hiring efforts, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement to impact traders’ mobile experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 1-2 years of direct engineering management or team leadership experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience shipping applications to iOS App Store and Google Play
- Experience integrating APIs (GraphQL, REST, etc.)
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD workflows and release management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
