Engineering Team Lead — Full Stack (Remote, Contract)

Job Summary
Drive the full product lifecycle from rapid MVP scoping through maintainable production release, building responsive frontend components and robust, scalable backend APIs. Design and develop databases built for long-term maintainability while integrating third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow. Analyze data and build efficient pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clean technical solutions. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1 PM – 9 PM EET (including 1 hour break). This contract role supports INFUSE's PMO department in shaping the backbone systems of a modern, data-driven digital company within a collaborative, innovation-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mid-level+ hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Vue)
- Strong backend development skills, including API design and database management (PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB; Redis; S3)
- Strong command of Python and Node.js; experience building REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Proficiency with AWS and Git; comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines
- Daily, practical use of AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar); understanding of strengths/limitations across tools
- Architecture-focused mindset: scalable systems, clean integration points, long-term maintainability
- Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (strongly preferred)
- Experience with data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech (highly desirable)
- Data analysis and data pipeline experience
