Engineering Team Lead

Manage daily shift operations and ensure plant maintenance adheres to strict health, safety, and environmental constraints. Lead safety meetings, produce work orders and risk assessments for all activities, and enforce LOTO procedures across the team. Effectively diagnose repairs, maintain workshop tooling and LOLER equipment, and coordinate with external contractors to preserve plant integrity. Support the Engineering Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance procedures, advise on spares and service suppliers, and monitor KPI targets. Train and develop team members through performance reviews and site briefings. Work the 4 on 4 off rotation from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am in South Kirkby to support out-of-hours preventative maintenance.
