Job Summary
Lead structural engineering for cold-formed steel framing in prefabricated exterior walls; prepare calculations, submittals, and review drawings/details; assist in project development, code research, and client relations; evaluate materials for offsite suitability and improve engineering standards; occasional site observations; local travel. Anticipated travel: Occasional field observations (local sites/shops). Onsite in Atlanta suburb.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE license required
- Minimum 5 years structural design experience
- Strong knowledge of cold-formed steel analysis software
- Ability to read multi-trade drawings; site navigation skills
- U.S. work authorization
