Job Summary
Lead the Engineering Systems Program by acting as the subject matter expert for CMMS and Site BMS programs. Coordinate software system integration across fire and service requests, monitor BMS alarms with local technicians, and provide training to facilities personnel. Manage seasonal asset teams for record accuracy and develop preventive maintenance procedures using construction drawings and O&M manuals. Create and update technical documentation, serve as primary Maximo administrator for application servers and databases, and ensure LOTO procedures and location kits remain current. Collaborate with sustainability teams to track energy trends and work with engineering facilities to prioritize maintenance timing.

- Automated Logic Experience (BMS)
- Experience in developing and conducting training
- Experience in creating process documentation
- Technical writing skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite
- Desire to learn new skills, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read, understand, interpret and comply with all Xanterra's company policies and procedures
- At least 21 years of age
- Current, valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to walk and/or stand for at least 60 minutes at a time
- Ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain in potentially inclement weather
- Ability to work outside in potentially inclement weather in wide ranging temperatures
- Ability to enter mechanical areas including crawl spaces and rooftops
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Must be able to work at elevations of more than 7700 feet
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in IT System Administration in a remote computing environment
- Experience in a hospitality or resort environment
- Experience working in remote locations
- Experience working with IBM Maximo MAS 9
- Knowledge of company structure and policies
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three years' administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting
